We are pleased to announce that our group member, Ecem Süt, has been awarded the prestigious YLSY Scholarship Program funded by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of National Education.
The YLSY Scholarship Program, conducted under Law No. 1416, supports outstanding students pursuing graduate studies at leading international universities in strategic fields that contribute to Türkiye’s scientific and technological development.
Following a highly competitive evaluation process, Ecem was selected in the field of High-Performance Composites and will pursue doctoral studies abroad on behalf of Marmara University.
As a Research Assistant in the Surface Treatment Laboratory, Ecem has actively participated in research activities focusing on powder metallurgy, titanium matrix composites, functionally graded materials, shot peening. Through involvement in experimental studies, materials characterization, and laboratory-based research projects, she has developed strong expertise in advanced materials and manufacturing technologies.
This achievement reflects both academic excellence and a strong commitment to scientific research. We believe that the international experience and advanced training gained through the YLSY program will significantly contribute to future research and academic collaborations.
